Hello, thank you for visiting Peace Love Yoga. My name is Cleo and Yoga has been my go-to for over twenty years; for exercise, moving meditation and peace of mind. 


My journey with yoga has and continues to be one of education in the most important  topic of one’s life. Self.


Experiencing early menopause, bereavement, discovering I’m sickle cell trait, chronic hypertension and endometriosis bought about an even stronger desire to delve deeper into how to manage everything, mentally, emotionally and physically.


It’s ok to sit back and rest and it’s ok to put oneself first. These things have perhaps been the most difficult for me to grasp. 


Realising that so many people deal with these same issues and more has driven a need in me to help others and to point the way to a more fulfilled, conscious and healthy way of dealing with the day-to-day.
